May Tibits

Last rides/walks to school with our baby girl this month.

And some last fun play times and walks with Nana and Papa when we're not tied down to two different school schedules :).

We celebrated Daddy's birthday in the midst of the craziness in our home in a small way.

At the end of the month we had Lucy's preschool's fall festival!  Always a fun time even if we had to rush over there from gymnastics practice!

Our little girl is growing up and ready for kindergarten!

Oh Lucy, we can't wait to see what is in store for you!  We love you so very much Lucy Lu!

They Leveled Up!

 

 

Our little gymnasts leveled up last week in their gymnastics classes!  Lucy is now at a level 2 and Aubrey is now at a level 5!

 

We're so proud of these girls and their accomplishments!  Our house has seriously been a practice zone for their tumbles, jumps, bridges, and handstands.

 

Great job girls!!

 

 

 



Mother's Day 2018

Mother's day was a little different this year as our house is still pretty much in chaos.  No counter tops, no sink, no floors.  I know, first world problems, but it's been challenging, tiring, and crazy.  

Anyhow, we needed to get out of the house for the day.  We had a friend's sister give us some suggestions and she gave us some great spots to see and eat at around Lake Merritt.  It was a great morning just being together just the four of us and exploring a new place.

We ate at Neptune's in Alameda for brunch and then headed home where we met my parents for dinner at their house.  We had a feast that night with lobster, BBQ, salads and yummy desserts.  My mom and I definitely felt spoiled and loved!
