During the month of March and April, the girls' school had a reading challenge with prizes! One prize was reading in tents and with flashlights and the girls both got pulled for this prize on the same day!
I got to go on Lucy's zoo field trip in April. My teaching partner worked for me that day so I could go! Boy, do those kinders have a lot of energy!
Finally got these little gems up on our wall from Disneyland!
Spring break was pretty low key for us (and really needed!). We stayed home and read, organized, purged so many items, enjoyed the sunshine, watched baking shows, visited with friends and tried to relax as much as possible!
Aubrey had a special grandparent's day at school where they had a presentation of songs and program that they practiced, picnicked with both sets of grandparents, and shared some special time together with poem reading, tour of the school and special snacks made by mommy and Aubrey.
Of course, Aubrey just had to play an April fool's trick on Lucy :).
