From the Mouths of Babes ~ pt.3 [Aubrey, age 3]

Lucy likes to get into cabinets. She has one cabinet she is allowed to get into and of course the mess she makes of Tupperware and sippy cups are always strewn about the kitchen floor. Lately she also been crawling around with a stethoscope around her neck. She literally goes straight for it when we set her down. 

Yesterday during dinner, Lucy finished up and needed out of her high chair. We set her down, she got her stethoscope and went straight for her cabinet. She made a mess as always and Aubrey turned around in her chair and plainly stated, "Oh silly girl. Doctors don't do that!" 

These girls just brightened our night and they were just being themselves :). 

Lucy Meets Family

After the first week after Lucy was born, we had lots of family come in from out of town to finally meet this little girl.  It was a busy couple of weeks, but so good to see everyone!

 

Uncle Jeremy came from Pasadena

Great Aunts Marta and Lidia came from LA

Aunt Krystal came from Utah with Uncle Jon and Norah (and got to stay for two weeks with Norah!)

 

We didn't get a great picture with Uncle Jon and Lucy, but we will next time :)

 

Lucy already got to meet her grandparents but we managed to get a picture with all their grand daughters!

Not an easy task! :)

First Bath

Little Lucy had her first bath today.  Unlike her sister, this little one LOVES the bath so far.  She just laid there and was so calm :).

 

Those tiny feet loved the soak.

 

 

She was calm until the very last part, but all in all Lucy loved it!

 

First Morning Together

 

Today was Aubrey and Lucy's first morning together.  Aubrey couldn't get enough of her little sister :)

 

Going Home

 

We got to bring the little lady home today!

 

 

At our home we were greeted by more of our family coming over to make us a wonderful BBQ dinner and for great grandparents to meet their newest great grand daughter.

 

 

And we finally got a picture of the proud grandpas :).

Uncle Tyler got to meet little Lucy too.
