Summer With Cousins 2020

Happy 12th Anniversary to Us!

We had the chance to get away for our 12th anniversary for the day!  We drove along the coast, visited the redwoods, and then ended our night with a super fancy meal of Chic-fil-a in the car!  We even watched a little Toy Story 3 while we ate.  Dinner and a drive in movie to end the wonderful day spent together.

Mother's Day 2020

 We had a little Mother's Day lunch outside one afternoon with Nana, Papa, Aunt Jessica, Uncle Tyler and Mckinley.

On Mother's Day I was pampered and treated to a spa treatment, a yummy wonderful brunch, and a relaxing afternoon watching a movie all together.  I wasn't allowed to lift a finger and 

It was the perfect day!

April Tidbits 2020

We got a Christmas in April for April fools from our dear Nana. 

We got a sourdough started from my sweet friend Tina.  This is how she had us pick it up from her home.  That fresh, still warm out of the oven bread was absolutely delicious!

While at her house, she took us on a little tour of her farm and we got to meet and pet her alpacas!  It was a fun field trip afternoon.

 We baked a lot this month!  First sourdough breads came out pretty well!

These girls had a sleepover together and this is how we found them as we checked on them before going to bed.  Love them so much!

Lots of walks taken this month!

More baking!  The lemon meringue pie was yummy!

Dinner al fresco!

Lucy lost 5 teeth in two months!

Distance learning and teaching still in full swing!

We enjoyed the backyard even more this month!

We even cooked and baked outside!

Our dear Dido made us a handcrafted game!

This flooding is why we need to finish our backyard! Yikes!

At the end of the month, my school did a drive by parade for our students, and we had a couple of  honorary Wildcats join us!
