So I forgot some trips that happened this summer :)
#1 Coronado Island ~ Second Anniversary Trip
One morning we got to sleep in and while I was laying there, I felt the baby move for the first time!! It was even strong enough for Brandon to feel the kicks. I realized then that I had been feeling the baby move, but just didn't realize that that was really it :) It was the best feeling and one that I remember always. You don't get the opportunity to feel your baby's kicks for too long.
That same night, after going out to eat and walking around a bit, we decided to just sit and watch a movie back the hotel. All of a sudden we heard a big thud like someone had dropped something heavy in the hallway. After that the room started to shake and rattle. We were in an earthquake! Luckily it wasn't anything major, but it was a crazy expierence none the less!
Overall, a very memorable weekend and a great time with my best friend!
#2 Lake Tahoe ~ Fourth of July
Fourth of July weekend we spent the weekend up in Tahoe with both sets of parents. It was short, but it was great to go up there and finally see the fireworks on the lake (something that I've wanted to see for a while :).
#3 Camping at Twin Lakes
We took our annual trip to Twin Lakes this year! Of course it was beautiful as always and we had a great time eating and relaxing. We had our good friends Nick and Katie join us for a little bit and then we had our aunt and cousins for second part of the trip. It was great fun and we made some great memories!

#4 Portland
Before the school year started I had the opportunity to visit and spend time with my sister and brother in law. They came through Sacramento after visiting Jon's family. My mom and I drove back up to Portland with them and flew back a few days later. We had a wonderful time going to fabric stores, coffee shops, shopping, walking around the beautiful town and parks, and going to some restaurants with some awesome views. It wasn't a very long trip and it was so hard to leave, but we shared some great memories together :)

#4 - Day Trip to San Francisco Museum ~ Labor Day
My sister got to come down from Portland for the weekend and we took a trip to her favorite city :) We went to the new museum, drove around, and had chowder overlooking the city in the evening. It was a little cold and windy while we ate the chowder and there were some crazy tourists around us, but oh such a fun day!
The museum was awesome! Definately something to check out! We got to go to this museum once before with Mike and Mary, but our camera battery ran out :( At least we got some pictures the second time around.
