March Tidbits

We went to Mojo Dojo for the first time and the girls absolutely loved it there!

Cookies were baked for our annual read across America day!

Our friend Josh who is a Sheriff was one of the readers in our classroom this year!  He did a great job and the kids loved hearing his expressions and voices.

Lucy lost her first tooth this month!

I won't have many days left of walking to school to pick up Aubrey.

My grandpa turned 90 this month!

These girls got a special treat and reading afternoon while mommy had a doctor appointment to go to.  So sweet that we have such loving grandparents!

Brandon made the girls a fan tent that they enjoyed playing and reading in.  Gotta love dads!

My coworker gave us some coupons to John's incredible pizza, so we finally took the girls.  They had lots of fun!

 

We finally put together an art area where they girls can be creative and get more messy (instead of getting the house so messy :) ).

Celebrating Lucy's 6th Birthday

For Lucy's birthday present, she wanted her ears pierced!

She did awesome and barely even flinched!

For Lucy's birthday breakfast she requested cinnamon rolls.  Sleepy eyed and all, but she was a happy girl that morning.

For her birthday dinner the girl requested shrimp and homemade pasta.  This girl has expensive, good taste.

For cake that evening with family, I made a vanilla caramel cake.

That smile melts our hearts!

We had a birthday party for Lucy and it was Beauty and the Beast theme.

Our fried Josh was out on duty that day and decided to stop by and give the birthday girl a little surprise visit :).

Nana had her annual birthday tea for this little one.  Unicorn and rainbows was the theme this year.
