First Official Swim!

 April 16th marked our first official swim in the pool!

Decorating the Tree and Gingerbread Houses

We ended up getting our Christmas tree the first weekend in December.  After some steady rain the night before we went, the trees and ground were pretty soaked, but we managed to find a great little tree.

 

This is Lucy's current face she's been making in almost every picture as of late :).

 

 

I know there is going to be a day where these girls won't want to hold eachother's hands anymore, so I'll treasure these little picture memories of the two of the them together.

 

 

We came home, put some Christmas music on, and started decorating.  This year, compared to other years, seemed to go pretty quickly as the girls were eager to help and hang anything!

 

The next evening we had some time together and we decorated gingerbread houses together.  Once again, there might have been just as much sugar consumed as there was on the houses themselves!

 

But we had lots of fun and these girls can be so creative and imaginative!

And this one was Aubrey's :).  Both very unique and different, just like the two of them.



These girls make these special times together so much fun!  Here's to many more gingerbread house creations together!



First Morning Together

 

Today was Aubrey and Lucy's first morning together.  Aubrey couldn't get enough of her little sister :)

 

Going Home

 

We got to bring the little lady home today!

 

 

At our home we were greeted by more of our family coming over to make us a wonderful BBQ dinner and for great grandparents to meet their newest great grand daughter.

 

 

And we finally got a picture of the proud grandpas :).

Uncle Tyler got to meet little Lucy too.
