Today, Brandon's 31st birthday, was spent mostly just the four of us :). It was such a hot afternoon that after the girl's naps today Brandon decided to get out the Slip 'n Slide he got from friends last year. It was quite the hit this year with Aubrey actually getting her face wet and sliding on it!! This was big for Aubrey :).
Aubrey needed a little push at first to get started.
But soon enough she was comfortable and she was off with a running start :).
Lucy decided to cool down by laying the puddles around the grass. Typical Lucy :).
Lucy also stood ready to soak anyone if necessary :).
It was a fun day as a family and we get to celebrate with parents, siblings, and grandparents tomorrow! Happy birthday Brandon!! We love you!!
